2'x7' Garden Bridge
by Michael Tveter on 05/24/12
I have been so busy with work that I have not had time to catch up on all my back yard structures, but I have finally finished my garden bridge. I have noticed that many of the garden bridges sold on the internet does not have the ability to hold the weight of a full grown person, or it does not have lights. So I made a simple cute garden bridge that can hold up to 500lbs and it has lights on all four sides so add character to your yard at night.
I hope you all enjoy checking out our little garden bridge and let us know if there are any other ideas you can help us out with to make it better.
Our First three Projects
by Michael Tveter on 05/07/12
This week I will be building the bridge, a wishing well, and a backyard light house.
We are debating if I should use an electric hook up on light house, or have a
candle inside. Let us know your thoughts on that.
We are also planning on making a small bridge that is about 4 feet long, but would any one recommend how high you would prefer railing, and how much detail you would like on the railing.
Third question is if we should use 100% cedar wood on the wishing well, I believe it will make a nice look it. Let us know what you think before we get stared.
Thanks a ton.
